Lesley Grzybowski, PMHNP

Leslie Grzybowski, PMHNP, is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Potomac Shores Mental Health and Wellness in Woodbridge, Virginia. The Mental Health & Wellness Clinic has additional locations in Washington D.C., Maryland, New Hampshire, and Colorado.

Ms. Grzybowski graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. 

Prior to her Master's, Ms. Grzybowski obtained a Bachelor's degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) in Blacksburg, Virginia, with an Interdisciplinary Studies Major that allowed her to ascertain the relationship between Psychology, Biology, and Sociology.

She started her nursing career in 2015 and has over six years of experience in mental health. Throughout her career, she has been able to advocate for the mental health population in a variety of ways in addition to bedside nursing, such as mental health community education and outreach.

Ms. Grzybowski is passionate about establishing a therapeutic rapport with her patients and believes in the value of a holistic approach to care through collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

She is committed to continuous learning to provide evidence-based treatment modalities. Her goal is to empower patients and educate the community concerning the importance of mental health management and advocacy.
